→ You begin by completing a short pre-screening questionnaire, followed by a needs analysis form, so Jayevan can understand your situation and goals right away.Group Benefits
→ You start with the Group Benefits Data Collection Form, which gives Jayevan the information needed to prepare an accurate proposal for your business.Step 2 — Book Your Consultation
After submitting your form, you’ll book a Google Meet call through his calendar. This ensures a time that works for you and keeps the process efficient and organized.
Step 3 — Your Personalized Review
During the call, Jayevan will walk through your information with you, answer questions, and get a deeper understanding of your needs — whether you're protecting your family, your income, or your team.
If your quote is ready at this stage, he’ll review it with you.
If additional underwriting or plan design is required, he’ll complete the work immediately after the meeting.Step 4 — Your Personalized Proposal

Outside the office, Jayevan is a proud girl dad who loves spending time with his two daughters and his wife.
He is an avid golfer, celebrating his first hole-in-one and a 92 score this year. He works out consistently, practices the Miracle Morning routine, and reads one book every month.
A passionate foodie, he loves supporting the Niagara food scene — especially Ma’s Chinese Cuisine, Beechwood Donuts, and Kully’s in downtown St. Catharines after a local game.
